3.Application characteristics

1.Suitable for all kinds of cotton, linen, wool yarn and fabric of the soft, make the fabric possesses good softness

and flexibility.
2.Suitable for all kinds of denim, washer wrinkle fabric, fleece, towel and other textiles on soft, can achieve the

purpose of the soft and fluffy.

4.Reference dosage:

Dissolve Method:

1.Cold method :The soft flake is gradually added into the water at about 30℃ with stirring at a rate of 5-8%,

stirred for 3-5 minutes to allow it to disperse, allowed to stand for 2-4 hours, and then stirred at a low speed

until uniform and ready for use.

2.Warm method: The soft flake is gradually added to room temperature water with stirring at a rate of 5-8%, stirred

for 3-5 minutes, and gradually heated to 60-70℃, continue to low-speed stirring 10-15 min.until a uniform seriflux

is formed, cooling standby.

Reference dosage:        

Padding method :2-3g/L,temperature30-40℃，second dip and second rolling or one dip and one roll

Impregnation method: 0.3 0.8% (O.W.F), bath ratio 1:10-15, temperature of 40-50 ℃, 15 to 30 min.
